Who we are and how to reach us

GrahaVaani is operated by EkaVaani Infotech Pvt Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in India, with its registered office in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

GrahaVaani is a Vedic astrology (Jyotish) service that generates your kundli, lets you ask an AI astrologer about your chart, and offers daily panchang readings, compatibility matching, and detailed written reports.

Who may use GrahaVaani

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and to make a purchase. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use GrahaVaani only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

GrahaVaani is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow them to create accounts.

You may only use GrahaVaani where it is lawful to do so.

Your account

Accounts are created and secured with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). Keep your number and device secure — anyone who can receive your OTP can access your account, and you are responsible for activity that takes place under it.

Please create one account per person, and give us accurate information. We may suspend or remove accounts created with someone else’s number, with false details, or in bulk.

Tell us at support@grahavaani.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission, or if you stop using the mobile number linked to it.

What GrahaVaani is — and what it is not

GrahaVaani presents traditional Jyotish interpretations for education, cultural and spiritual interest, and self-reflection. Astrology is not a scientifically established method of prediction, and nothing we provide is a statement of fact about your future.

Nothing on GrahaVaani is professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other regulated advice, and it is not a substitute for it. Do not delay seeking, or disregard, professional guidance because of something you read here. Remedies such as gemstones, mantras, and fasts are described as traditional practices, not prescriptions.

You remain solely responsible for your own decisions and their consequences. Please also read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

AI-generated readings

Chat replies, daily readings, and reports are generated by an AI model (currently Anthropic’s Claude) working from your chart data and our knowledge base. AI output can be incomplete, inconsistent, or simply wrong, and two similar questions may produce different answers.

We do not warrant that any reading is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. Treat it as one input for reflection, not as guidance to act on unchecked.

Do not share information in chat — your own or anyone else’s — that you would not want processed to generate a reply. Our Privacy Policy explains how chat content is handled.

The information you give us

To create a kundli you provide birth details — date, time, and place of birth, and a name or label. You confirm that you are entitled to provide these details, and that where they belong to another person you have that person’s consent (or, for a child, the consent of their parent or guardian).

You keep ownership of the details and content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process that content solely to operate GrahaVaani and provide the features you use — computing charts, generating readings and reports, and keeping your history available to you.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information, which does not identify you, to understand and improve the product.

Acceptable use

Do not use GrahaVaani to break the law, to harass, defame, threaten, or invade the privacy of anyone, or to submit another person’s personal data without a lawful basis.

Do not attempt to bypass our question limits, credits, paywalls, or rate limits; scrape or bulk-extract our content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with our systems and security; access the service through automated means or undisclosed third-party clients; or resell, sublicense, or white-label GrahaVaani output as your own service.

Do not use GrahaVaani to give paid consultations or predictions to third parties, or to train or evaluate a competing model or product.

Do not use readings to make, or to encourage anyone else to make, decisions about a person’s employment, medical treatment, marriage, or finances in a way that is discriminatory, coercive, or unlawful.

Questions, credits, plans, and reports

Chat questions are metered as credits. New accounts receive a small number of free questions; more can be bought as one-time packs, earned through our referral programme, or granted by us. Purchased packs do not expire unless stated at the time of purchase.

The Unlimited plan and the Panchang plan are prepaid subscriptions that give access for a fixed period (for example 7 or 30 days). They are charged up front as one-time payments — there is no auto-debit and nothing renews by itself. Access simply ends when the period runs out unless you choose to buy another.

The Detailed Kundli Report is a one-time purchase tied to the specific kundli you bought it for. It is generated automatically after payment, is not transferable to another chart, and is not a substitute for a consultation with a human astrologer.

Credits, plans, and reports are personal to your account. They have no cash value, and they cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged. We may adjust free grants, referral rewards, and pack contents for future purchases.

Payments, pricing, and taxes

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Dodo Payments. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your payment is also subject to the payment provider’s own terms.

Prices are shown in the app before you pay and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; a change never affects a purchase you have already completed.

Credits, plan access, or reports are delivered once we receive confirmation of a successful payment. If a payment succeeds but nothing is delivered, contact support@grahavaani.com and we will fix it or refund you.

Refunds and cancellations

GrahaVaani is a digital service delivered immediately, so purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered — that is, once credits are added, plan access begins, or a report is generated.

We will refund you where a payment was taken but the purchase was not delivered, where you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or where a technical fault on our side made the purchase unusable. Write to support@grahavaani.com within 7 days of the payment with the transaction details.

Prepaid plans can be left to expire at any time; because nothing auto-renews, there is no cancellation to make and no further charge. We do not refund the unused part of a period that has already started, except where the law requires it.

Refunds, where approved, are returned to the original payment method and may take up to 7–10 business days to appear.

Notifications and messages

By signing up you agree to receive service messages we need to send you — OTPs, payment confirmations, and important notices about your account or these Terms.

Push notifications are optional. You can allow or refuse them when we ask, and change your mind later in your device settings.

Our content and intellectual property

GrahaVaani, its name and logo, its interface, its written interpretations, and its knowledge base belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for your own, non-commercial use of the service.

You may share your own readings and charts privately. Republishing our content at scale, or presenting it as your own, is not permitted.

Third-party services

GrahaVaani relies on third parties to work — including Firebase / Google for phone sign-in, Dodo Payments for payments, and Anthropic for AI responses. Their terms and policies apply to their part of the service, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

If you install our app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, that store’s terms apply to the download and to any purchase made through it.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it on our behalf, and how to delete your data. It forms part of these Terms, and by accepting these Terms you also confirm you have read it.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep GrahaVaani available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be added, changed, limited, or withdrawn, and maintenance or third-party outages may interrupt access.

If we withdraw a paid feature you have already paid for, we will give you a comparable replacement or a proportionate refund.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using GrahaVaani at any time and delete your account from within the app, or by writing to support@grahavaani.com. Deleting your account removes your profile, kundlis, and chat history, subject to the limited records described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, that is used unlawfully, or where we are required to do so by law. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put things right.

Unused credits and any remaining plan period lapse when an account is deleted at your request or terminated for breach, and are not refunded.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrahaVaani is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that readings will be accurate or lead to any particular outcome, that the service will meet your requirements, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of GrahaVaani or from any decision you take based on a reading.

Our total liability to you for all claims connected with GrahaVaani is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your submission of another person’s personal data without a lawful basis.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service, our providers, or the law change. The version identifier and "last updated" date at the top of this page always identify the current document.

For changes that materially affect your rights or obligations we will give notice in the app and ask you to accept the updated Terms before you continue. For minor changes, continuing to use GrahaVaani after the update means you accept it.

We keep a record of which version of these Terms you accepted, and when.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the paragraph below, the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to them.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at support@grahavaani.com — most issues are resolved quickly and informally.

Grievance redressal

If you have a complaint about content, your data, or your account, write to our Grievance Officer at support@grahavaani.com with the subject "Grievance", describing the issue and the account it relates to.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days, as required under applicable Indian law.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business, without reducing your rights.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding GrahaVaani.
