Where the મુખ્ય શયનકક્ષ belongs
The master bedroom is meant to sit in the heaviest, most settled part of the house, on the theory that the person carrying the household should sleep where the building is most grounded. It is a placement about stability rather than energy.
Best placed in the નૈઋત્ય · પશ્ચિમ
નૈઋત્ય. The south-west is the master bedroom’s own corner: the heaviest, most grounded part of the plan, for the people who carry the household. The tradition adds that the bed should sit in the room’s south-west too, with the head to the south or west.
પશ્ચિમ. West is the accepted second placement for a master bedroom and is read as gains that settle after effort. The head of the bed goes to the west or south.
Kept out of the ઉત્તર · ઈશાન · આગ્નેય
ઉત્તર. A master bedroom in the north puts the household’s settled centre in the lightest direction, which the tradition reads as unsettled rest. Where it cannot move, the bed goes in the room’s south-west corner with the head to the south.
ઈશાન. A master bedroom in the north-east loads the most protected corner with permanent weight, which the tradition treats as a real fault. The remedies are to move the bed to the room’s south-west, keep the north-east of the room open and low, and use the room lightly if a second bedroom exists.
આગ્નેય. A master bedroom in the fire corner is read as heat where rest should be — the tradition associates it with disturbed sleep and short temper. The standard remedies are cool colours, no electronics near the bed, and the bed itself moved to the room’s south-west.
